Finger-joint panels

In these panels, the short elements are finger-jointed by length to obtain the desired length; thus, joined they are then edge-glued. We produce these panels in Class A/B and Rustic.

Panel dimensions
Lamellae width: 40 (+/‒ 2) mm and other, according to customers’ desires
Thickness: 18-20, 27-30, 40-45 and other, according to customers’ desires
Width: maximum of 1250 mm
Length: maximum of 5000 mm

Class A/B

Face A
Lamellae are of uniform color; free of knots, sapwood, cracks, rot, wormholes or any other defects (natural or resulting from drying) and they are free of any technical defects.

Face B
Differences in color are permitted; small, sound, non-penetrating knots are permitted (up to 3 mm in diameter, 2 knots/m2); free of cracks, rot, wormholes or any other defects (natural or resulting from drying) and free of any technical defects.
